Presently, Finlatics does not store credit/debit card and other payment related information and the payment gateway is solely liable and responsible towards the same. Non-personal and non-identifiable information may be retained by Finlatics indefinitely at its sole discretion.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event.
